A stylish cruise calls for stylish refreshments. Think of luxury canapés, tapas, a delicious afternoon tea or a complete 3 course dinner served on board. It is our pleasure to provide you and your guests with an unforgettable cruise.

All catering options* and beautiful dishes will be collected from various locations, restaurants along the waterside during the boat tour. (*except luxury nuts)(Changes reserved, due to adjustments still to be received restaurants 2024)

Dinner is served on board the Paradis for a maximum of 6 guests, for a maximum of 10 guests on board the Ivresse and the Stern 8-10 and no more than 20 guests on the Belle Epoque.

DINNER
	Dinner can be served on board the Paradis for up to 6 persons, on the Stern, Lieve, and the Ivresse up to 10. On board the Belle Epoque for up to 20 persons.
	CLASSIC THREE COURSE DINNER For each course, you will dock at a different high-end restaurant. For example, you will have a choice of dishes from restaurant Johannes, Bluespoon, Marie, A Tavola, Restaurant Red, Le Hollandais and restaurant Ambassade. The current menu will be sent to you prior to the cruise. For dinner with 6 guests and more, we would like to receive your dish selection in advance and a hostess will be provided. Dinner includes mixed deluxe nuts to start and coffee complete to finish. With dinner on board, you will receive a menu in advance, complied by the restaurants involved. We could like to receive the menu choices at least 2 days in advance. Dinner will be served on board. For a three-course dinner we recommend a crossing time of at least 3 hours. A four- or five-course dinner is also possible.	from € 96,- p.p.
	DINNER VAN RESTAURANT JOHANNES Restaurant Johannes prepares a three-course dinner. We will send you the menu in advance. On board, you can deside your menu choise. The dinner starts with luxurious nibbles and coffee or tea with some sweets at the end. A four-course dinner is also possible. (Johannes is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)	€ 80,- p.p.
	SHARED DINING JOHANNES (from 2 persons) Restaurant Johannes offers shared dining platters, both warm and cold, to be ordered from 2 persons or more. You can order per platter or as a combination as either a two-course of a three-course dinner.
	- Cold platter: Smoked salmon, oyester, varying fish, two types of charcuteries, terrine liver, various garnishes with bread and butter.	€ 35,-p.p.
	- Warm platter: Two different meat preparations, two different types of fish, various vegetable garnishes, two warm sauces, served with fries.	€ 45,-p.p.
	- Dessert platter: A selection of sweet dishes, changing with the seasons	€ 25,-p.p.
	DINNER VAN DE KAART A three-course dinner from Van de Kaart, includes one vegetarian or vegan, one fish, and one meat option per course. A good quality restaurant specialized in dinners on board. Starting with salted nuts and ending wit coffee and tea with sweets. For this menu we could offer a la carte menu up to 29 persons.	€ 70,-p.p.

	Only on the Belle Epoque up to 22 persons, the Ivresse and Lieve up to 10 persons and the Stern up to 8 persons and on the Paradis up to 6 persons. Minimum amount to order is 6. The buffet will be picked up from the caterer during the tour.
